[Task] Add script for neutron imaging

Description:

We need a new wrapper script for the neutron imaging notebooks to run the neutron-imaging conda environment from the centralized /opt/anaconda installation. The menu item on the analysis cluster is currently pointing to a script in @j35 home folder and is running his personal conda environment.

We've already tested a script that was modified for this purpose and it works as expected.
