Guess/Fit functions do not find guess

Guess/Fit dual methods such as SHO or Loop Guess do not correctly find existing guesses, causing errors. This causes needless duplication of data and compute. Need to dig to find further. This appears to be a problem when dealing with files with multiple channels with main datasets in them.
