New translator for single images

Fixed the error where the loading maps were plotted on top of the Scree

SHO fit method now returns 1-r^2 for proper minimization
SHO results formatting changed to reflect new fit method
set default jacobian option to 'cs'

Defaults to None.
If None use the precalculated maxCPUs

Translator now names the dataset correctly

doFit now works in both serial and parallel.
Some cleanup still needs to be done.
