Split the Translation_Custom_Workflow_Creation notebook into the Data_Format and 01_Tutorial_Translation notebooks

Fix call to remove in last cell
Added cell to pip install pycroscopy and wget at top of notebook.

Removing these to allow travis to build our docs

Changed from using jet_white_center to viridis.
Need to add option for picking colormaps.
