Fixed error that could occur if the bigtime_00 file was not first in the dictionary.

Re-implemented updates to the translators starting from a more recent version of master than was originally used.

This reverts commit 8a411368.

Updated GMode translator to use new I/O functions
Updated FORC_IV translator to use new I/O functions
Updated SVD rebuild_svd function to use new I/O functions
Updated GLine translator to use new I/O functions

virtual_data, hdf_writer moved to io
functions using VirtualDataset in core.io.write_utils and hdf_utils
moved into a new .io.write_utils

Removing GTune parameters from GLineTranslator.
Updating GTuneTranslator with the latest changes in translator method of GLine.

1) Merging GLineBeTranslator with GLineTranslator. i.e., adding params to be included in HDF5 file after reading, plus certain other parameters into the file.
2) Removing the formers reference from __init__.py as well.
3) Removing the former file from the system.
