Add support for Nanonis's sxm file format

translator for data from molecular vista's photoinduced force microscope

Cleaned up formatting, comments.

Updated trKPFM translator utilizing USID tools

Fixed issue with doing loop fitting when the only non-FORC spectroscopic dimension is the Voltage dimension.

The changes include:
  - Changes at _parse_3ds and translate to address the differences
    between the different Nanonis file types
  - PEP 8 and PEP 257 polishing

Channel info now stored as parm_dict['channel_parms'] to standardize with sxm parser
Z removed as position dimension

Fix position dimensions for 3ds files
Don't require X and Y positions to exist
Split sxm channels on ';'

Return file extension from read_nanonis_file
Partial implementation of  sxm parameter support

Convert the max_mem_mb to bytes before comparing with size of dataset
