Updated all functions to work with the matplotlib notebook backend.
Replaced x,y position sliders in all functions with crosshair based on click location
Added new plotting function plot_loop_sho_raw_comparison.

Exports the data in the selected figure to a text file.

Update limits on the maps when parameter changes

New stdevs option, None.  Uses data limits instead of calculating based on mean and standard deviations.
Changed default stdevs to None.

Cleaned up the existing plotting functions
Added new function to plot the loop parameter maps at all cycles.

The text field is wider now to accomodate longer filenames.

Added save_fig_filebox_button function to plot_utils.py.  Allows users to save a figure from a jupyter notebook to a specified filename.

Updated the single_img_cbar_plot to add colorbars that 'should' adjust when the parent axis is resized.
Updated the interactive plotting functions to use single_img_cbar_plot rather than plot_map
Added updating titles to map plots 

Fixed a bug in retrieved the number of UDVS steps from the dataset if it's a new V3 file.

Users can now specify colorbar label in plot_map_stack function

Fixed the plot cluster results together function as well
