Added the verbose kwarg to the recommend_cpu_cores function

Also renamed writeData to write_data per PEP8

A unit_computation can be specified that will be repeated per chunk of
the dataset by Process. Process will not handle printing of progress,
loading any partial results.

Partial results are now explicitly specified through a new function
instead of a kwarg to the class for simplicity.

SignalFilter should now respect the specified memory limits

Also renamed writeData to write_data per PEP8
