Fix call to remove in last cell
Added cell to pip install pycroscopy and wget at top of notebook.

Removing these to allow travis to build our docs

Changed from using jet_white_center to viridis.
Need to add option for picking colormaps.

Improved examples with real sample data

Fixed error when a dimension had size one.
Removed much commented out code.

Fixed bug in the transpose of the dimensions before reshaping.

Now catches FORC_repeat and FORC_cycle (same as FORC in older datasets)
