Removed import of the unicode_literal for all files. This will be added back only when h5py is fixed.

Importing all necessary functions to ensure python 3 compatibility for all notebooks and package files.
Note - Extensive testing is pending

targetFuncGuess and targetFuncFit now use the proper version of Optimize
Changed serial fit to use targetFuncFit

SHO fit method now returns 1-r^2 for proper minimization
SHO results formatting changed to reflect new fit method
set default jacobian option to 'cs'

doFit now works in both serial and parallel.
Some cleanup still needs to be done.

Complete Restructuring of the Model Class and addition of the Optimize Class. Paralleling computing of BESHO guesses has been tested and is functional.
