Update colors/fonts to match ORNL branding standards
Fonts:

On computers, sans-serif fonts should almost exclusively be used, and the website should stick to sans-serif fonts. We will want to have backup fonts (still sans-serif) if Myriad Pro is not available.
Color palette
https://ornl.sharepoint.com/sites/cm/branding/SitePages/color_palette.aspx
I don't think there are enough colors on the website to really warrant using more than the primary colors, with the possible exception of some of the charts on the Explore
page. However, I think the Explore chart colors are less of a priority than the rest of the website.
Let's follow these general rules for now:
Header
- Background should remain white
- The logo and text colors should be green
- (If possible, change the background of the "Fork me on Github" banner to be green as well; keep the text white)
- I think it would be ideal for the background color of the banner to be green, the logos can remain white.
Footer
- Green background with white text/logos, see #8 (closed) for more information. As mentioned in #8 (closed), I think we can just copy + paste the footer from the website for now.
Main sections of the page
- Background should stay white
- Header text and header icons should be green
- All other text/icons (i.e. for paragraphs, list items, etc.) should remain black.
