Rewrite all Markdown pages under `About` (including the FAQ and Licenses pages)
These pages have been partially updated to change more straightforwards branding and links from LLNL to ORNL, but there are some paragraphs which need to be updated or removed. I'll mark a few paragraphs which I think merit a substantive rewrite, but this list is not exhaustive by any means.
I am going to tag @watsongr and @5a8 to this issue, but won't make any assignments yet. In fact, it's probably useful to have other members of the group and the lab contribute to these pages as well.
About Page
Case in point: The DOE’s Advanced Simulation and Computing (ASC) Program leverages OSS to build, field, and integrate Linux clusters into production service at our Livermore Computing supercomputing center. ASC is responsible for developing computer simulation capabilities that analyze and predict the performance, safety, and reliability of the nation’s nuclear stockpile. In other words, the stakes are high for ensuring our code is accurate. ASC leadership joined the DOE’s Office of Advanced Scientific Computing Research to establish a policy of using and distributing OSS to achieve the Program’s goals. With OSS, we can develop quickly and choose the best solutions.
Perhaps this paragraph could be rewritten to speak about OSS contributions to Frontier?

This whole section will need to be replaced with either pre-existing articles, or articles we can add ourselves to the website.

FAQ
This page is mostly straightforwards and I think we can mostly just directly translate things to ORNL links, but we should make sure that all of this information is accurate (for example, I don't think the ORNL group requires 2FA). We should also make sure we have pages equivalent to https://dev.llnl.gov/opensource/releasing/ and https://dev.llnl.gov/opensource/contributing/ . We should also make sure we have a suitable example repository - LLNL uses Spack.
Licensing
- Need to update each license text (I think this one can be just a straight replacement from "Lawrence Livermore" to "Oak Ridge")
- Change example repositories from Cardioid and Spack
- I think this page can otherwise be maintained with its original text.
