updates to Instruction for keeping track of buffer qbit/qreg names. Updates to Xasm compiler to account for this. Updates to xacc_internal_compiler::execute to take multiple buffers, merge to a single buffer, execute, and then map results back to multiple buffers. Provided simple bell state demonstrating this
