Dataset and code for results described in https://arxiv.org/abs/2102.06813. The graphs follow the "connected" graph numberings of Brendan McKay, as described in the Graph folder. Each folder contains directions on how to interpret the data described there.
A related database of graph structure features can be found at https://github.com/jao204/QAOA_Small_Graph.git from the work of https://arxiv.org/abs/2102.05997 . Unlike the current dataset, these use the "all" graph numberings of Brendan McKay, so the same graphs have different numberings in these resources. The folder "graph_dictionaries" provides a dictionary translating between these two numbering systems.
