nixos/yggdrasil: correct documentation

The option `LinkLocalTCPPort` does not exist anymore in recent versions
of Yggdrasil. The port for incoming link-local connections is now
configured as part of the `MulticastInterfaces` option. Our
documentation should reflect that.
