doc/language-frameworks/go.section.md: fix spelling 

Change "platform dependant" to "platform-dependent"

The word "dependant" (with suffix -ant) is used as a noun
in British English, while the adjetive is "dependent" (-ent).
Both are "dependent" in American English.
