Load more than one CIF

This is to add more than one phase for the refinement.

Need to support 1+ phase input as a CIF

TODOs:

• Adjustment to the tool

  • Make the CLI input for CIF take a list here
  • Have run_gsas2_fit take in a list for CIF:

    • docstring here
  • Create a "for-loop" to add the phases to the refinement here
  • Create a "for-loop" to output the refined phases here
  • Release image container v0.

• Adjustment to the NDIP XML

  • Update this XML to accept a list from Galaxy and pass to the ASRP gsas2 CLI (https://code.ornl.gov/ndip/galaxy-tools/-/blob/dev/tools/neutrons/powder_diffraction/asrp_gsas2_refinement.xml?ref_type=heads)
