Investigate Jana performance/messaging

I see a few clear issues:

  1. A dialog pops up informing the user that Jana failed to start when it is actually working as intended.
  2. There is no clear visual connection between the Jana CIF file input field and the launch Jana button even though they are related.
  3. The Jana CIF file input field should use RemoteFileInput.

There is also the matter of performance when starting the tool, though maybe we can't do anything about this.
