Allow loading/saving configs, outputs, and results on the analysis cluster

Package everything in a zip / tar file, including the results and configuration and log when user click on Save State or Export Results button

When another user load this zip file, the config. log, and result files can populate the whole GUI.

This may require some design in architecture (?) For example when user load a shared zip file, where should the big result files stored?

We can put this as optional to the next phase.

Which can be more useful is the user can share the state of reduction by sharing a link. I guess that can be possible in general in Galaxy.
