Support multiple samples for curve stitching

If there are multiple samples, then the stitching tab just ignores everything except for the first one. We need to determine if the intended behavior is to stitch samples with the same parameters or treat them separately. If treating them separately, we probably need to adjust the user input tab to accommodate this as well since it assumes each sample should use the same overlaps.
