Add examples for using pyvista, plotly, and vega

We don't necessarily need to add any more components for 2D/3D visualization, as the tools available to us seem to be fairly flexible and powerful. However, adding examples of how we do things that are fairly specific to our applications (for example, rendering an image stack in PyVista) would be helpful to add to our docs.
