Add Galaxy Testing
run Galaxy tests with each commit (probably on GitHub, since all tests are in GitHub workflows - but trigger/push from Gitlab)
In order to address performance issues on code.ornl.gov related to bot activity, we are in the process of working with Network Services to implement various mitigations. Please be patient as we work towards a resolution, and if you find yourself or others completely unable to connect, please feel free to open an incident with the Solution Center.
