Add Galaxy Testing
run Galaxy tests with each commit (probably on GitHub, since all tests are in GitHub workflows - but trigger/push from Gitlab)
Admins will be upgrading ORNL GitLab Servers on Friday, 10 Apr 2026, from 7 PM until 10 PM EST. Repositories will experience intermittent outages during this time.
