Test CT Scan Visualizer

I've created a demo CT Scan Visualizer and want to push it to the GPU node on the analysis cluster. It's already been pushed to https://savannah.ornl.gov/harbor/projects/4/repositories/trame-apps%2Fctscan_viz/artifacts-tab. IPTS-23768 appears to have appropriate data for testing, though it may be best to find the turbine data on the filesystem (or upload it somewhere if it's not accessible).
