oils-for-unix: reenable binary stripping

It seems that pkg.oils-for-unix was just copied from pkg.oil,
so it didn't reenable stripping the binary.
As the comment says, the old oil.ovm file had an appended zip file.
The new C++ interpreter doesn't, so this should be safe.
