cdo: 2.2.2 -> 2.4.2 

Along with the update, set the TARGET_OS_MACCATALYST macro so that all
Darwin platforms are equally prepared to avoid the clang warning turned error: 'TARGET_OS_MACCATALYST' is not defined, evaluates to 0.
