Added unit tests for period button in grouping tab presenter. Fixed a bug as a result of test failing

Added new column called counts, this only applies to DAQ periods.

Added daq or dwell type to the table. Fixed a problem with the code in widget. Added clear method

Updated the loadmuonnexus1 loader to read period information. Created a new widget for the period information. Need to deal with what happens when information cannot be found

Better explanation of what this is, and clarify what the loaded time
is relative to.

Move static loggers to cpp files and remove some unnecessary loggers

The log is the just skipped instead of LoadMuonLog failing. It means
that if the files contains a few malformed logs, we can still load the
other ones.

Now both new and old style Muon Nexus files can be read.
The conditional for checking whether there is a 'T' in the start_time has been corrected.

Fixed tests outside NeXus/DataHandling that relied on loading data
Had to add Nexus as a link dependency for various package Test targets - don't know why!
