This avoids having to retrieve the new unit immediately after setting
it. Refs #6882

Achieved by having the SpectraAxis class hold a pointer to it's owning
workspace and going through that back to the spectrum number held by
the ISpectrum when necessary.
Other code and tests need to be fixed after these changes.

Minimal changes to fix #3769 - isolated to 1 new method in Axis (& subclasses) and the single place in WorkspaceFactory that needs to call it.

Revert majority of changes in [14794]. Bug-fix coming in #3769 which means that this is not needed. Re #3675.

Refs #3157 Sort our System.h. It was becoming a dumping ground. It should only be touched when absolutely necessary as it affects every file in Mantid. Also combined this with Refs #2345 to sort out DLLExport/DLLImport usage. It's done for Kernel, Geometry and API but stuff in the plugins could do with updating as well.

Create a simple 1:1 implementation of a spectra-detector map. Also the specid_t and detid_t types have been moved to their own header so that unnecessary dependencies can be removed, i.e. changing ISpectraDetectorMap now only recompiles 3 files in Geometry not nearly all of them. Re #3067

Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.
