Issue:
When a file is loaded, the MuonProcess algorithm handles grouping it, and
the result is a WorkspaceGroup. However, when the grouping table is edited,
the algorithm used is MuonGroupDetectors and the output is a single
workspace.

Changes made:
- Use MuonProcess in both cases to group the workspace.
- If for any reason the workspace "MuonAnalysisGrouped" isn't a group,
set SummedPeriodSet to 1 so it will plot.

Created System test to check for Signed-twoTheta in Reflectometry instruments

Changes suggested by clang-tidy: modernize-replace-auto-ptr

The option to plot errors or not was not being passed through to the
Python plot command correctly, as the argument was in the wrong place.
Pass the arguments with their names to avoid this happening again.

vtkDataSetFactory previously checked the successor when set, and the tests
still expect it to. Now that it implements Chainable it does not check.
Add the option to Chainable to enable checking, and implement it here.
