Refs #3984 Took the wiki description from every algorithm's wiki page and placed it in a comment in the CPP file (instead of the header file).

Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Change UnaryOperation::performUnaryOperation method to pass input numbers by value instead of by reference. This not only avoids possible errors when the input & output workspaces are the same, but is also significantly faster on Windows (and no slower on Linux). Re #1292.

minor modifications to Logarithm to comply with development ideology e.g. removing tabs, not calling UnaryOperation->init and making all fields upper case
