Boost < 1.53 does not support construction from a std::unique_ptr, so
for compatibility we must call clone().release() when dropping it to a

Some modifications to the PeaksWorkspace. Outputting Qx, Qy, and Qz to a PeaksWorkspace from the instrument view. re #3173

Refs #3137: Used coord_t and signal_t in appropriate spots in MD* classes. Right now both are typedef'd to double but it builds if typedef'd so something else e.g float.

Fixes #3126: PeaksWorkspace algorithms use the Clone() method in order to give a different output workspace, if desired. Also added progress reporting to PeakIntegration.
