This fixes the regression test. We clear the logs off the temporary workspace, that way we don't have to do a similar thing in the loop, and we avoid copying them over each time. This is not a fully formed solution, but it's a start.

Takes all TimeSeriesProperty logs and clears out all entries
except the last one. Single value logs are left unchanged.

+ minor modifications to logManager&Run to avoid "hiden funtcion" warnings.

This is needed for live-data work.

Added reference returns for goniometer & its axes plus moved where
the computation of the matrix occurs.

Each call to this was creating a copy when it was pulled from the
PropertyWithValue and it was just too slow.

Allows a single name to be used when different run logs are required for
different instruments, e.g. different temperature log names.

Allows user to select how a time series is converted to a single value.

The value is cached for furture lookups.

Also added a performance test to monitor this.

Ensures that clone can return the concrete type.

Makes it easier to get values from properties.
