When a curve on a plot is double clicked, the plotconfig dialog will open on the curves tab, with the correct axes and curves selected.

Double click on a plot to open the plotconfigdialog curves tab with the clicked axes selected.

This is built in the spirit of the CORELLI calibration code where it is
a module users can load and execute.

Fix sequential fitting crash on RHEL7 ornl-next

Also add in extra if to reduce chances of accidentally releasing a
version with the tweak version set.

Update MDEvent to have goniometerIndex

Add new VULCAN geometry (ornl-next)

This fixes a crash on RHEL7 at the cell function because
the first column of the result fit workspace did not contain
workspace names, but log values instead. This caused issues
when casting the data to a string for comparison. This adds
a check to make sure the column is SourceName before trying
to find the appropriate workspace.

With a new geometry being added, tests that were written using the
"latest" geometry broke. This sets those tests to use a particular
version of the geometry.

HB2C/HB3A workflow updates using mutiple goniometers
