- Refactored the CurveTabsWidgetPreseter replot_curve functions: now has a common `replot_curve` that does the replotting of all curves. Internally it delegates to `_replot_mpl_curve` if the curve is not on a MantidAxes. This `replot_curve` function is now used within FigureErrorsManager as well reducing code duplication.
- Relimiting, autoscaling and updating the legend are now wrapped in a `update_limits_and_legend` function, used from both CurveTabsWidgetPreseter and FigureErrorsManager.
- Made some of the CurveTabsWidgetPreseter replotting functions private.
- Deleted commented code from figuremanager.py.
