Refs #2673. Updated GetEi2 so that it now doesn't throw an error if the one of the spectra used to determine Ei is a group: required for use with LET at ISIS. 
Updated the LET IDF and added a parameter file. 
Minor workspace name fix.

Refs #2572: Added an initDocs() for all algorithms that sets the summary string to display in the dialog, as well as the wiki summary for possible later auto-wiki-fication of documentation.

Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Minor update to ConvertUnits and GetEi to ensure that if Ei already exists, then it is overwritten. Re #1684
