Lists the contributing detectors for each peak.

Refs #3590: MDEWFindPeaks: AppendPeaks option, replace output if not checked. Also sorting output by bankname and intensity.

Eradicate IInstrument. Instrument's the one to talk to now (it was the only descendent class anyway). Re #2041.

Refs #3521: MDEWFindPeaks fills in the detector, row, col of the peaks found where possible. SaveIsawPeaks works with the output.

Fixed tests. Made sure you cannot use singular matrix for goniometer. There is no check if it's a real rotation matrix. Fixes #2870

Refs #2840: PeaksWorkspace rewritten to use a vector of Peak objects instead. PeakIntegration should be checked (no test). Added an algorithm that creates a simple empty PeaksWorkspace, for testing and perhaps future use by Andrei. 

Refs #2838: Peak object is pretty complete; some of the conversions to DSpacing and such should be checked to be sure. Tests are in place.
