Our custom python-qt5 build clashes with EPEL providing
python-qt5-rpm-macros for a different build of Qt 5. We have
now built a separately named package to avoid future clashes.

Tests are spuriously failing with "cannot connect to X server"
and it is not clear why. It is only ever a single
test out of the hundreds and it appears in the middle of the
ctest run.
See if any additional errors are seen when writing to a file.

Changes the way plots are kept above workbench in Windows. Instead of using the parent child method we use the focusWindowChanged event. This was how the other operating systems were already doing it
