Manually removes or fixes any unused or duplicate variables, test names
or workspace names in the remaining tests

Enables flake8 for scripts/test and Framework/WorkflowAlgs. then auto
formats and auto-imports on any files which have failed the validation
which is no longer skipped

Removes all of the from __future__ imports that open and close the
brackets on the same line. This is most of them.

Also updated class_maker.py

Should now have no more force IDF parameter reads. You can do everything via the quick_explicit.

Old tests checked things like coAdd. These are no longer required.

Also update unit tests and other consumers of these scripts.

Avoid cyclic loading/deleting of workspaces via the constructor/destructor. Tests now run in 1/4 the time.

Lots of options for using getGroup. Cover the specific 'whattoget' arguments.
