The wikimaker will only produce a wiki-page based on the most recent version of the algorithm.

Remove the original files.

Rename LeBailFit2 to LeBailFit.
Set version of LeBailFit to 1.

.Firstly if there is no custom usage, the auto generated usage never gets added. Secondly, if there is a deprecated section, then the screenshot gets overwritten.

Add the DetectorNames to SaveCanSAS1D and Append to SaveRKH to produce the same output as in SingleMode.

It is strict at the moment and won't let you start if the branch is not
in develop.

This allows "git checkbuild" to be run from a different copy of the
repository while still allowing "git finish" to run successfully without
having to update the local copy of develop. Helps with reducing number
of required builds.
