Fix mising plot bins option on the MantidMatrix. At some point after qt 4.4 items in a model need to have their both their ItemIsEnabled and ItemisSelectable flag set in order to be considered as highlighted. In 4.4.3 only ItemisSelectable was required. Fixes #2532

Now by default workspace names starting with two successive underscores 
will not be displayed in MantidPlot.

Fixes #2366: Fixes memory leaks (except a possible one involving FunctionTask that seems to be in boost; or could be a false positive).

Implemented parametrized detector pooling to speed up loops around MatrixWorkspace::getDetector. The example loop in the ticket for a dataset with ~300000 histograms now takes ~0.3 seconds on an 8-core machine versus 1.5 previously. Re #2528
