Merge done to enable documentation be be fixed, because of removal of

For older compilers.

This is not supported by our compilers yet.

The detPos was not being cleared properly when setting QLab.

This will approximate the position of a peak in detector space using an
extended detector space component. If the component exists peaks are
assumed to lie on the surface of the component. This will only be used
if the peak does not interect with a real detector.

Unit tested to ensure we are creating a self-consistent peak.
Expose to python and unit test there too.

Keep changes to setQLabFrame as expoesed to python instep with what's changed on the c++ side and test it.

Refactor to use the ray tracing tools to look up the detector. Distance is optional, but I'd rather remove it altogether.

This was a serious problem that caused a crash with my regression test as soon as I started using my new fake instrument, which is defined in a different reference frame. The setQLab, now uses the instrument reference frame to complete the calculations rather than assuming what it is.

Prove that this doesn't work yet.
