The possibility to add a row to an existing group is presented in the
drill documentation.

When a selection is made, the shape of that selection was containing
hidden columns. This commits changes the way the selection shape is
extracted from the selection by taking into account any hidden columns.

In case of multi column selection around an hidden column, the list of
selected cells was containing cells from this hidden column. This commit
removes the cells of hidden columns from any selection.
