Update to clang-format-5 and reformat the codebase 

Some confusion arose during the last directory reshuffle and
these were missed

- Renamed to ImportTableCommand.

- Renamed to DeleteGroupCommand.

- Added DataProcessor as namespace for most headers in the
DataProcessorUI folder.
- Renamed some usages of AbstractDataProcessorTreeModel.

- Renamed to DeleteGroupCommand.

Open Table option does not work yet, we need to observe the ADS

Now the code compiles, next step is unit tests

There are three methods I still have to deal with: makeTransWS(), stitchRows() and calcQRange(). Code at this stage won't compile
