I also considered doing likewise in CSGObject,
but found this would be complicated by the use of
shapes returned by ComponentCtreationHeliper.
I did make use of auto to make such a change easier.

The Monte Carlo method now has two methods: one runs the simulation a
fixed number of iterations, the other manages the first and checks for
convergence.

Monte Carlo is used as the general (fallback)s method. Also, code for
the triangular mesh case is included, but unused. The way we create
surfaces now doesn't produce consistent surface normal directions. This
makes the triangular method fail.

The test now includes negative Z coordinates as well.

It will give clarity in the test and also fail in release mode.

Avoid calls to exit that could cause the program to just stop without
any warning.
