Changed way fake ellipsoid shape made such that bg and peak have same covar matrix and makes test values more transparent.

Eigenvectors were not in columns - only obvious when looking at ellipsoid with axes not aligned with viewing axes.

Previously the transformation determined the order of the eigenvector columns rather than applying the transformation.
