This commit fixes a text that uses getAttribute but putting the same m_function.size check that get parameter uses.

This commit add getError and setError overloads for functions to obtain the error value by parameter name instead of index.

This commit also makes a small change to composite function, so the behaviour of ConvolutionFunctionModel is similar as before.

Clang format

Given the new changes, both functions were broken. This commit fixes them by implementing attributeName method within tabular functions and modifying how the attribute X & Y are created.

In places other substitutions have been made, e.g
Clang does not yet specialize std::shared_ptr for T[]. Vector
has been used instead. The operator[] methods were incorrectly
marked const but returning a non-const reference - this has been fixed.

Update to clang-format-5 and reformat the codebase 

For each function in a CompositeFunction, add local attributes to the
string representation.

Use case: for a MultiDomainFunction, the domains are stored as a local
attribute called "domains". This fixes the issue where domains are lost when
cloning a MultiDomainFunction.
