Clang format

Given the new changes, both functions were broken. This commit fixes them by implementing attributeName method within tabular functions and modifying how the attribute X & Y are created.

m_quotevalue of the attributes did not explicitly set or copy the value
of m_quotevalue. This means that the memory was undefined but it worked
as we were doing a replacement in-place

However, this can randomly blow up on us if the heap is used in between
two calls, since the address of m_quoteValue will have changed.

Implicit copy constructors or assignment operators are deprecated. This
adds the missing constructors where we need custom operators, and
defaults everything else.

In places other substitutions have been made, e.g
Clang does not yet specialize std::shared_ptr for T[]. Vector
has been used instead. The operator[] methods were incorrectly
marked const but returning a non-const reference - this has been fixed.

Runs clang-tidy pass by ref across the codebase to fix-up various
warnings we are seeing in cppcheck

Also updated class_maker.py

This commit removes the final header guard that had
been missed by the auto replacer.
