Refs #3984 Took the wiki description from every algorithm's wiki page and placed it in a comment in the CPP file (instead of the header file).

Refs #262: Created a more generic CompositeValidator and renamed the old CompositeValidator to CompositeWorkspaceValidator. Added some methods to IValidator for future enabled/visible choice.

Eradicate IInstrument. Instrument's the one to talk to now (it was the only descendent class anyway). Re #2041.

Move the Instrument and Instrument interface classes down to Geometry. The new raytracing framework needs instrument access and it should all be in geometry. Also, given that everything else was defined in geometry it seems to make more sense to have it all in one place. Re #1212

First batch of algorithms with Workspace2D workspace properties changed to MatrixWorkspace. Re #1368.

Add an algorithm to calculate absorption corrections for a generic sample shape. Algorithm name is AbsorptionCorrection, the class name is AnyShapeAbsorption. This also required changes to the Sample and Object classes because the sample shape object wasn't being copied properly. Re #1123.

Added an option to RemoveBins to only operate on a single spectrum instead of on all of them. Re #896.
