Modify method of calculating average difc for a spectrum if there's no
calibration present (to avoid changing behaviour for most instruments)
Remove changes to EditInstrumentGeometry to attach diff constants
because can do this using ApplyDiffCal after EditInstrumentGeometry has
been run

Changes to the Unit class and ConvertUnits algorithm to allow
diffractometer constants (DIFA, DIFC, TZERO) stored in the instrument map
to be used in conversions between d spacing and TOF and v.v.

Rather than add 3 more parameters to lots of methods provided by the Unit
class I have changed some of the methods to take a std:map containing the
optional parameters relevant to only some units. I have included efixed
and delta in this new map

New diffractometerConstants method added to SpectrumInfo and DetectorInfo
to allow retrieval for a particular spectrum including averaging across
detectors. Also manages situations where some of the three constants are
missing.

New algorithm created called ApplyDiffCal to read the diffractometer
constants from a diffraction calibration table workspace and write them
into the instrument parameter map

Add diffractometer constants to the Show Detectors screen for elastic
workspaces

Remove the Diffraction.cpp unit and replace with calls to dSpacing unit class

Add ability to write difa, difc, tzero into a reduced instrument
geometry as part of EditInstrumentGeometry

Modified MonteCarloAbsorptionTest.h to add more unit tests, add
integration tests that are based on scenarios with an analytic result
and remove a couple of integration tests where good system test cover
already in place
Add one more test to SpareInstrumentTest to check the inverse square
weighting

In order not to overload DetectorInfo with to much API functions, the
inPlane2Theta is computed directly within ConvertSpectrumAxis.

Adds an other spectrum axis convertion option, which for each detector
computes the value of the 2 theta angle of the projection of this
detector on the horizontal plane (so that all detectors on a column
share the same 2theta).
Necessary for SANSILLParameterScan

Added methods to allow the dependencies of MonteCarloAbsorption to be
overridden during unit testing with Mock classes
Also shared out some of the free functions in SparseInstrument into the
DetectorInfo and InterpolationOption classes where they can be more
easily mocked

In places other substitutions have been made, e.g
Clang does not yet specialize std::shared_ptr for T[]. Vector
has been used instead. The operator[] methods were incorrectly
marked const but returning a non-const reference - this has been fixed.
