Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

Made the NeutronAtom a reference and all members const. Also commented out more offending tests (for now). Refs #2179.

Added avagadro's number and units for planck's constant. Unfortunately I couldn't find the units for the muon lifetime so that was not done. Fixes #2181.

SANS user files with lines starting with "print" will print a message to the log. Any unrecognised commands produce a warning or throw fixes #2142 re #2160
