show_mouse_toast and copy_to_clipboard was moved into a shared package between Matrix and Table WS displays. This required small changes to the view and a mocking of the functions in the shared package as otherwise they cause an assertion error in Qt due to the tests running without a QGuiApplication

This is done so that the workspacewidget.py can determine whether to use
a Matrix or Table WS display

TableWorkspace has all columns editable by default. PeaksWS has all columns read-only by default.

Values in editable cells can be changed. Changes are reflected in the underlying WS with the correct type.

TWD Model uses same "allowed workspaces" idea as MatrixWorkspaceDisplay
